From Zermatt train station, you can reach the chalet in about 20 minutes on foot. A more comfortable and recommended option is to take an electric taxi (e.g., Taxi Christoph, tel. +41 27 967 35 35). The chalet is in a quiet and central location in the Steinmatte district. Access is via a short but steep path. The ski bus stop is only 50 m away, and the Matterhorn Paradise valley station is about 500 m away. Restaurants, sports shops, and Bahnhofstrasse with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.
